The Gainesville, Georgia area members of the Marine Corps League (MCL) joined together in camaraderie & fellowship for the purpose of preserving the traditions and promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps. It supports our efforts to effectively promote the ideals of American freedom, democracy, voluntarily render aide and assistance to all Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and FMF Navy Chaplains and former Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and FMF Navy Chaplains (including surviving partners and orphans), to perpetuate the history of the United States Marine Corps and by fitting acts to observe the anniversaries of historical occasions of particular interest to United States Marines.

If you have earned the the right to wear the "Eagle, Globe and Anchor" plus currently Active duty or were Honorably discharged. Then you are eligible to apply for MCL membership. Click on the link to tell us you want to join the Marine Corps League as a member of the Detachment.

The MCL is a not-for-profit organization within the provisions of the Internal Revenue Service Code 501(c)(4), with a special group exemption letter which allows for tax deductible contributions to the MCL, its Auxiliary and subsidiary units, by a donor.
