Duties and Responsibilities

• Preside at all Pound Growls and Pound Initiations.

• Require the obedience of all laws, rules and regulations.

• Shall Appoint other officers and committees that are deemed necessary.

• Be the custodian along with the Dog Robber of all monies, property, securities, and records of the Pound.

• Countersign all orders for the disbursement of monies when approved by the proper authority.

• Perform such other duties and issue such other orders as are necessary.

• Assist the Pound Keeper

• Preside at the Pound Growls in the absence of the Pound Keeper

• Be responsible for the growth and expansion of the Pound

• Perform such other duties as the Pound Keeper may direct.

• Help the Pound Keeper supervise all other Pound officers in the performance of their duties.

• Assist the Pound Keeper and the Senior Vice Pound Keeper

• Be responsible for all activities seeking to increase the revenue of the Pound

• Shall Supervise the entertainment and amusement provided at all Pound Growls

• Perform such duties as the Pound Keeper may direct.

• Work closely with the Pound Dog Robber being responsible for and supervising all Devil Dog roasts, registrations desk, sales of Devil Dog supplies and raffles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Be responsible to the Pound Keeper for all records and accounts of the Order.

• See that a dog keeps the scratchings(minutes) at all Pound Growls

• Be the custodian along with the Pound Keeper of all monies, properties, securities, and records of the Pound

• Keep on deposit in a reputable bank all monies and securities of the Pound

• Perform such duties customarily executed by recording secretaries, financial secretaries, and treasurers.

• Make full and correct accounting and reports, including financial statements to the Pound Growls

• Perform all duties assigned by the Pound Keeper or any other competent authority.

• Work with the Junior Vice Pound Keeper in preparing Pound roasts, the registration desk and sales and ordering the Devil Dog and Ship’s Store gear and raffles.

Biography

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interpret and explain the Constitution and By-Laws of the Pound and any / all rules and regulations set up by the Kennel or Pack, the Kennel Staff, Pack Staff, Pound Staff and Pound Keeper

• Be responsible to the Pound Keeper and the Senior Vice Pound Keeper

• Perform any other duties as the Pound Keeper desires.

• Act as chaplain at all Pound Growls, memorial services, and ceremonies

• Keep the Pound, Packand Kennel informed of any deceased Dogs and shall send sympathy cards to the next-of-kin

• Keep the Pound informed of any Dogs that are sick or in distress

• Perform any other duties designated by the Pound Keeper

• Supervise all initiates attending Pound Growls and will closely monitor their behavior

• Shall Inform the Pound Staff prior to initiations just what the initiation will entail

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain order and decorum in all Pound Growls

• Expel from the Growl any Dog exceeding the bounds of decency, creating a disturbance or hindering the orderly conduct of the Growl

• Be responsible for the setting up of the location where the Growl will be held, see that the Bible, Colors and charter are displayed correctly; The Watch Dog and the Barking Dog are to assist with those duties

• Perform other duties as the Pound Keeper may direct.

• Be responsible to the Pound Keeper for the worthiness and eligibility of every Dog at the Growl

• Assist the Police Dog in setting up the Growls

• Perform other duties as the Pound Keeper may direct
